Windermere Real Estate/Tri-Cities enjoys speaking with individuals who inquire about what it is like to be in the real estate business.  Our program is designed so if you decided real estate is a career for you, we do everything we can to assure your success.

Once you have obtained your license here is an example of what you can expect:

  1. Meeting with Jeff Thompson/Branch Manager/Richland
  2. Meeting with Dave Retter/Designated Broker/Tri-Cities
  3. Training begins with two ½ day orientations with Jeff Thompson
  4. Monday morning begins 14 week program which includes technical and foundations for building your business
  5. Windermere Real Estate corporate Pro-Start (one week class which qualifies for required first clock hour renewal)
  6. Transition into coaching role with weekly meetings to monitor progress and help you stay on track
  7. Once a month coaching for as long as you like
  8. Two brokers available to you
  9. Thirteen staff members available to you
  10. Two assistant manager available to you
  11. Two residential offices to serve your clients
